Job description: - This job will primarily be responsible for establishing and meeting demand in the Switchgears industry throughout India.- The person for this position must be an accomplished, results-oriented expert with considerable experience in business planning for the Switchgears domain, account management, and product marketing in the Switchgears Industry. Job Profile: - Responsible for the planning and implementation of the sales strategy, business development, channel development & management plans for Switchgears.- Coordinate with Product Marketing team and introduce new products and solutions into the Switchgears business to enhance the company's market competitiveness and industry influence.- Develop customer business plans to achieve sales performance goals.- Gathering information and feedback on competitor schemes and offerings and product quality and reliability.- Familiar with budget preparatory update and drive strategy and plans to maintain leadership position in the marketplace.- Develop a detailed process for tracking and controlling margin which is effectively communicated by management.- Develop a documentation control to ensure all customer orders, shipping documents and customer invoices are automatically matched within the system, or a manual reconciliation occurs on a daily and evidence is maintained for at least 12 months.- Collection of outstanding amount and collection of dues shall be an integral part of this position  Job Requirement: - Bachelor's/PG degree BE/B-tech along with an MBA or any other postgraduate degree in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institution.- Must have at least 15 years of previous sales experience in the switchgear industry- Must be strong in communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. high on relationship-building skills.- Excellent time management skills and must be flexible in travelling throughout India.- Candidate should be highly energetic and a self-starter, decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.- He/she must be a quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges ...
