Responsibilities
  • Design the Credit Card Go-to-market strategy and sales vision for Eco-system and partner channels
  • Build a sales team from grounds up to significantly scale the credit card acquisition through the offline channel including FoS  and Contact centre
  • Create and drive a detailed acquisition plan with the lender-partners
  • Devise the best-in-class onboarding processes & journeys to maximize conversion and approval rates Work as a bridge between market & product team to optimize the customer experience for growth
  • Own the Acquisition, Activation and Sales Targets
Desired Profile
  • 10 yrs experience in retail Sales of financial products through physical channels
  • Experience in the domain of unsecured lending products is mandatory
  • Experience in leading national teams and sales of large-scale programs
  • Proven track record of driving accelerated growth
  • Experience in call centre channel is preferable
  • Should be able to drive sales vision along with process orientation
  • Ability to engage with and influence partners to align to our
