- Should be able to develop/create offline and online performance oriented strategy for sales.
- Create and develop new local market penetration strategy.
- Be committed to drive the team, responsible to train and maintain a team work attitude within the organisation .
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate/Investment Consultancy will be preferred.
- Must have experience of handling HNI clients.
- Should be well-versed with local market dynamics.
- Should have HNI client network.
- Team handling and monitoring experience is must.
- Should meet organisational targets & revenue targets.
- Fluent Communication & Presentation skills.
