Roles and Responsibilities
- Define and execute appropriate sales strategies
- Business development, marketing, technical, and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability
- Bring our customer-oriented approach to the next level
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships from procurement to operations team (every client role)
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Hand hold operations team until successful completion of target

At least 10 -15 years of experience in sales is required
- Leadership experience: proven track record in building and coaching sales teams
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including procurement and operations level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
