ROLE BRIEF
ROLE Lead of Regional International Marketing & Sales
REPORTING TO Sr. VP – International Marketing - Vaccines
CADRE of the Role Senior Management
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities include overall mapping of regional (continental) International Sales and Marketing for Vaccines Division.
DEMOGRAPHICS & SCOPE of ROLE
This role will be based out of Hyderabad
REPORTING & RELATONSHIPS
Reporting will be to the Senior Vice President – International Marketing – Vaccines and will have few direct and indirect reports.
KEY RESULT AREAS & EXPECTED OUTCOMES
This role comes with the following goals and deliverables:
 Identification, creation & formation of new customer & business.
 Continually providing customer feedback and high level view of the market through long term, short term, and medium plans.
 Responsible for Sales & Marketing Strategies for the division as a whole with periodic focus for better evolution index for each brand / product category.
 Experience in dealing with multi-lateral agencies, government organisations, retail markets and institutional sales in International Space for business expansion.  Overall responsibility of achieving the annual sales forecasting & budgeting  Internal Co-ordination for order execution  Provide competitive intelligence to the HOD and Business Head
 Implement innovative and creative business solutions to grow market / new business
 Customer, Market & Product mapping.
 Identification/Selection of Channel partners for product marketing.
 Creation of Out-licensing deals.
 Develop Customer Relationship.
 Product launch strategy.
 Product registration & sample plan.
 Strategy on Competition.
 Execution of strategic launch plan & Channel partner’s management.
 Ownership on the success of new launches.
 Responsible for achieving annual ASR through team members.
 Identification & initiation of CMO discussion.
COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
 Good experience in International Sales & Marketing in MNC / Premier Indian Vaccines /
Biologics companies with good business volumes and various brands.
 Good exposure to International Sales & Marketing
 Institutional Sales
 Primary & Secondary Market Research data
 Should be familiar with regulatory requirement various countries.
 Ability to effectively operate in a fast-moving international business environment.
 Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
 MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing (full time) from reputed Institutes
