· Sales Channel: Identify and explore new sales avenues (digital – Modern Trade, ecommerce) relevant to the product portfolio
· Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance
· Strong Negotiation Skills: Utilize proficient negotiation abilities to secure advantageous terms with partners spanning diverse sales channels (E-commerce and Modern trade specifically). Ensure the establishment of profitable collaborations that not only amplify market presence but also contribute to sustained growth
· Partner Management: Establish, cultivate and expand partner base; maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, including ecommerce platforms, offline retail outlets, ensuring effective collaboration and the achievement of mutually beneficial goals
· Market and Competitor analysis: Utilize emerging trends, consumer preferences and competitor activities information to refine sales strategies
· Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts, monitor sales performance and generate regular reports for management review, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
