job description

?Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly Sales & Collection targets
? Collate market feedback and brief the management
? Monitor competitors� activities/strategies.
? Empanel realtors and consultants.
? Build and consolidate database of target groups.
? Negotiate and conclude transactions.
? Make corporate presentations.
? Achieve high customer satisfaction levels
? Prepare & circulate MIS reports on, but not limited to, sales calls, month to date & year to date achievement and analysis report to Head � Sales & Marketing on regular periodic basis as defined by Head � Sales & Marketing
? Interact with existing customers for referrals.
? Formulate business plans and ensure adherence to the same for achieving targets.
? Drive Pre/Post sales efforts including customization
