Role: Sales Manager

Experience: 6-12 years experience in HVAC or water treatment industry.

Responsibility :

  • Manage key accounts of the company.
  • Manage channel Partner and or OEM as will be appointed to you from time to time in the HVAC market in the set geography.
  • Work with end users, consultants, EPC companies to create awareness of the superior Technology offered the company in to these markets.
  • Develop and manage channel Partners in order to create and constantly increase sales of the company to the HVAC and Energy Efficiency Market.
  • Will be Responsible for the company business and sales to the HVAC market in the assigned regions for all the product range along with commercial management.
  • Will Perform Direct Sales to end users & develop key accounts.
  • Strategy & Business Development
  • Order & Sales Forecasting
  • Market Intelligence, Marketing-Creating Brand awareness & enquiry generation
  • Front end Sales, tendering, costing & Estimation
  • Commercial Contracts & LC reviewing and negotiating
  • Coordination & Support to Logistics, payment collection
  • Training back end Sales team with systems & processes
