sales & marketing head in gurgaon

?? Formulate and direct the companys brand goals and strategies
? Develop and maintain the company's corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage
? Create Brand standards and ensure all of the organisation's branding initiatives and communication activities comply with the set down standards
? Analyse how the brand is positioned in the market and crystallise targeted consumers insights
? Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
? Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues. Identify gaps and create and implement strategies and action plans to bridge them
? Work with marketing and advertising teams to ensure consistency with product line strategy
? Align the company around the brands direction, choices and tactics
? Ensure advertising campaigns meet with the brand standards
? Play a critical role in improving the various company brands reputation in the local market
? Conceptualize, develop and implement brand building exercise within the organisation
? Preparing announcements and overseeing production of promotional material
? Manage and enhance a company's brand or reputation in the public's eye
? Coordinate objectives with marketing department, creative and advertising agencies
? Ensure brand consistency across all areas. Drive brand growth and loyalty for all business areas
? Ensure all festival related, Social media & PR activities are in line with the companys brand image
? Develop and execute brand management plans. Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management
? Identify brand-building areas
? Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning
? Provide design and direction for collateral, web, product packaging and other visual communications media for the company
? Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand
? Assist in development and refinement of uniform graphic standards and visual brand strategies at all outlets
? Develop and implement communications and promotions strategy in order to build the brand and profile of the company
? Develop, implement and maintain an effective internal and external communications plans
? Ensure timely delivery of collaterals for franchise andcompany owned outlets
? Maintain and archive all records of open file etc
? Create digital access (viewing rights) for all existing and new company owned / franchise units and master franchises
? Ensure all TV displays, Tent Cards & poster etc. are in line with branding policy along with latest images being updated on a regular basis
? Experience in development of marketing & communication strategies.
? Ensure return on investments for marketing activities.
? Entrepreneurial mind-set with experience of managing consumer insights and translate the information into successful consumer engagement.
