Job Description :
-Developing and aligning strategic sales & marketing plans for allocated locations cluster business in-line with Hospitals goals.
-Defining the marketing execution strategy in terms of packages, pricing, promotions and performance in line with the strategic plan.
-Understanding and assessing market potential for key untapped markets and strategizing for brand growth.
-Collecting market intelligence on customer expectations and competitor activities to develop knowledge and expertise on needs, trends and
emerging market issues, including regulatory and economic dynamics.
-Enhancing customer satisfaction and building emotional (brand) connection through targeted communication and planned initiatives.
-Benchmarking against best-in-class parameters to develop and align marketing infrastructure and processes in line with Hospitals goals.
-Create marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, brochures, press releases, working with the media and advertising publications,
-Conduct marketing analysis to determine benchmarks for each target market.
Required knowledge: Working knowledge in relevant domain as well as good theoretical knowledge. Must have in-depth knowledge of the organization in order to supervise the operation of the department. Must have ability to facilitate employee development to train, delegate and mentor staff. Knowledge of market, customers, sector-wise trends and market research tools and techniques.
Role complexity: The job requires excellent directing and communication skills; a proactive and dynamic approach is required. Interpersonal skills: Should have good interpersonal skills as the job requires interaction with internal as well as external agencies. Should be good in client relationship management. Supervisory skills: Close monitoring required to ensure proper implementation and no major deviations from action plans. Independent judgment: Should be able to take independent decisions within the framework and guidelines. Leadership responsibilities: Proactive approach required to lead the business development team.
