Having hands on experience in handling distributors or vendor management
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
Conduct business activity under Channel/Retail and Project Sales (Company owned depots to dealers to end users).
Creating awareness of our company products based on innovative and premium quality and merchandising activity like POS, Demo Kit, Display, etc.
Assist dealers in achieving their overall sales target through regular visits, scheme communication and timely material service.
Explore and open new dealer counters to expand the overall sustainable sale potential in the territorial market.
Collecting leads from retailers or dealers, Painters and visit to expected sites for demonstration and business generation.
Preparing of Dealer & Painter, applicator / Mason Data Bank with ABC / XYZ classification and update to HO /Supervisor with desired frequency.
Ensure payment collections from dealers as per the set benchmarks.
Monitor the outstanding payments on regular basis and take measure to minimize the over dues.
Achievement of sales & collection targets in assigned area/states.
Maintaining dealer-wise ledger forsales/collection/Token/C Form reconciliation.
On-time reporting as per the company norms. To submit mobile based daily reporting and other weekly / monthlyreports.
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:
- Effective Product knowledge.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Telugu will have definite advantage.
- Having a strong presentation and motivation skills.
- Stakeholder management
- Willingness to travel within the region is a must
