sales servicing specialist in bangalore

  • Team handling + grooming the team 
  • Work closely with branding + marketing team) on planning ; strategy ; execution mapping 
  • conduct induction training for new partners( normal and strategic); scheduling orientation drive-along with senior representatives on weekly and monthly basis; maintain excellent relationship with partners
  • Partner facilitation: manage network of partners; ability to prepare training materials; strategy mapping ; content ideation; client support + servicing 
  • drive business from the potential partners on weekly grounds;  create a tracking mechanism to track the sales numbers ; motivate them if the sales figures drops down ; service the partners with their queries, pain points and collect market feedback through partners
  • Providing product demonstrations to staff and clients, and taking the lead in resolving complaints.  
  • Provide client servicing requirements to partner end to end – starting from acquisition to retention
  • Improves training effectiveness through new approaches and techniques; making support readily available for partners; integrating support with routine job functions.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly sales quotas from each partners
  • Predict the sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on sales results on weekly and monthly basis
  • Identify emerging market changes and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
