Position Summary
We are looking for a Go-To-Market Sales Support Specialist to act as the subject matter expert for new and existing Customer Success Services (CSS) offerings. On the Citrix Sales Support team, you will be part of a high-performing, cross-functional team which values continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and finding ways to expand our value-add. Primary Duties / Responsibilities
• Serve as first point of contact to answer Sales questions leveraging program collateral/resources
• Support global time zone coverage to avoid delays in cross-GEO communication
• Assist with deal construct, quoting, and opportunity management
• Prepare sales deck and resources for Sales/customer pitch meetings
• Support Services sellers with tracking sales exception approval requests
• Prospect new business through marketing lead management and other prospecting methods
• Generate and manage a pipeline of direct CSS/services opportunities
• Drive CSS/services attach to product opportunities
