- Data Entry and Maintenance:
Accurately enter and update customer and prospect data into the Salesforce
Regularly clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist in identifying and resolving data inconsistencies or duplicates.
- Reporting and Analytics:
Generate and distribute regular and ad hoc reports for sales management and team members.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
Assist in creating dashboards and visual representations of sales performance metrics.
- User Support and Training:
Provide user support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce usage.
Assist in onboarding new sales team members by providing training on Salesforce processes and best practices.
Collaborate with the IT department to address technical issues or enhancements.
- Process Improvement:
Work closely with sales & operations team to streamline and improve sales processes within Salesforce.
Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve data quality.
- Data Integrity and Security:
Ensure data integrity and security by following data governance policies and best practices.
Assist in maintaining user access and permissions based on roles and responsibilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure alignment and data consistency.
Participate in meetings to provide insights on system usage and contribute to process improvement discussions.
