**POSITION PURPOSE:**Manage existing Sales Tools and project manage roll-out of new tools andmodifications to existing tools across demand generation, sales tracking andreporting. **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:***Map as-is sales processes across demand generation, sales tracking and reporting*Identify processes that can be facilitated by IT tools and build business case / use case for adopting appropriate tools*Collaborate with Sales, Grower Engagement, Marketing and Commercial IT team for design and roll-out of tools*Map existing tools landscape across the sales organization and create a evaluation metrics for them*Collaborate with all stakeholders to optimise existing tools and build transition plan for roll-out across sales organisation*Be the SPOC from Sales / Commercial team to project manage all planned changes and new developments in sales tools space.*Articulate data strategy for sales operations **WHO YOU ARE:**• Master's degree (MBA preferred) with 5-7 years of business and marketingexperience• Cross-functional collaboration• Understanding of sales, supply and finance processes for business reporting• Understanding of IT tools landscape• External networking with IT tools service/product providers
