**Job Description:** * Assisting HR users in day to day SAP operations * Creation of HR Master data * Training the HR users on various SAP functionalities as and when required * Understanding the current processes and assisting the users in resolving the issues * Closely working with SAP System Integrator to resolve the issues raised by users**Qualification, Experience and Skills required:** * Graduate in any discipline * Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR and additional 1year in SAP HR * Should have experience of working in HR department of an organization on personnel management, payroll, appraisal etc. * Should have hands on experience of SAP HR * Should have worked in SAP HR on infotypes, payroll run, employee master, organization structure, SAP HR-ESS etc. * Good communication skills (written & verbal). **Desirable:** * SAP certification in SAP HR**Reporting to** : AGM-ERP**Age:** Max. 30 years.
