support (24x7) and release management through suppliers, 3rd level support from the OEM

He /she will provide a highly effective, proactive, and responsive SAP support service to
customers, ensuring that the SAP Modules especially FI CO operate efficiently, reliably and to
agreed SLA’s and KPI’s.
Key Responsibilities
Analyzing business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and
provide the best-in-class solution recommendations in FICO – AP, AR, GL, Cash
Management, Fixed Assets, Lease Management, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center
Accounting, Integrations with other modules within SAP and other applications in the
ecosystem.
Provide solution and process leadership for SAP S/4 HANA for FICO by leading
requirement gathering, solutioning, architecture, design, build, deployment, and support.
Provide leadership to service delivery (support) teams to ensure business continuity and
optimum utilization of the solution footprint in FICO.
Lead business engagement for all finance related work in SAP. Be the first point of
contact for new projects, enhancements, and support escalations.
Ensures all aspects of SDLC are followed in support, enhancements, and project
execution.
Work with close collaboration with the cross functional teams including suppliers,
development teams, infrastructure teams, database administration, Network support, 3 rd
party system providers etc.
Establish world class standards in documentation, best practices for solution
maintenance, support model and project execution for SAP.
Support the business teams in organizational change management, test management, key
user training, documentation of standard operating procedures.
Support leadership decision making by providing key information with respect to service
levels and support activities (e.g. dashboards, RAG status, SLA’s, KPI’s. risks/issues) as
well as for project execution activities (e.g. Delivery dates, SDLC compliance, Defect
ratios etc.)
Manage SAP licensing, access rights and authorizations and audits both internal &
external. Manages all audits (internal and external) related to SAP and makes sure that
there is 100% compliance to RCM and approved SAP policy and processes.
Requirements
10 years of experience with SAP FICO configuration, build and testing.
Experience with India localization needed. Should have excellent understanding of Business Processes relating to Procure to Pay
(P2P), Record to Report (RTR)
Cross module (Assets, PP, MM, etc.) integration knowledge and expertise in India
Localization covering GST, Ind-AS, etc.
Should have worked on 5 SAP implementations with at least 3 in S/4 HANA.
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Finance, or related discipline.
Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document
and implement software solutions.
Excellent hands-on skills in SAP S/4 HANA FICO – AP, AR, GL, Cash Management,
Fixed Assets.
Candidate must be aware of SAP Best practices for FI and CO.
Excellent ability to work with development teams to design complex RICEFs and
integrations using iDocs, BAPIs etc.
Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability of learning new skills, technologies, and passionate about building world
class solutions and solving the most complex problems.
