- Provide end to end consultation for enhancement requests from business partners including requirement gathering, creating formal enhancement requests (JIRA), consulting with developers on design and build, create test plans, perform functional testing, oversee UAT and implementation support.
- Support the commercial and manufacturing organizations in the region to assist with day to day queries and run the business process questions.
- Liaise with Global IT team to support the requests from the Commercial team, follow up on status of requests on regular intervals.
- Provide project implementation support related to SAP and CRM in coordination with Business and IT.
- Support master data cleaning and updating for products, customers, and vendors.
- Create and update process documentation. Documenting business processes by creating flowcharts or process maps to identify inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement.
- Assist the commercial team in month end closing activities by providing system information when needed.
- Perform complex data analysis by using statistical software to identify trends in business performance.
- Manage JIRA request lifecycle from creation to closure follow up in support of the requesting commercial team.
- Support various audit requests by extracting data and creating reports as needed.
- Assist C4C initiative by data migration uploads for leads/opportunities/accounts/contacts etc into C4C
- Training to end users related to SAP / C4C / Qlikview for new employees and role based training for the existing employees when business requirements and/or roles change.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience & Certifications)
- Minimum 4 years SAP ERP analyst experience
- Experience in SD and MM are required, FICO and C4C desired
- Ability to quickly learn business processes and understand business goals
- Experience preferably in Life Sciences and/or Manufacturing companies
- Understanding the integration with various SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, WM
- Qlikview experience a plus, must have some reporting tool working knowledge
- Must be proficient in MSOffice productivity tools
- Strong problem solving & teamwork with ability to work in minimal supervision
- Strong Written & verbal communication skills
