a Should be able to take requirement gathering calls with client or onshore team
b Should be able to convert a functional design document to technical design document
c Should be able to review peers code
d Should be able to mentor junior team members
e Must be able to write his/her own high quality code with very least support from supervisor
Technical Experience :
a 4 to 5 years of experience on SAP ABAP on HANA development - S4 experience in must
b Must have experience on Object Oriented concepts
c Must have knowledge on SAP enhancement framework, reports very complex static as well as interactive, adobe forms, proxy and idoc based interfaces
d Must have very good understanding on SAP performance measurements
e Must have functional experience on OTC, QM, and PTP areas
f Good to have functional experience in PTM and QM area
