ANY ADDITIONAL / SPECIAL SKILL REQUIRED

1. Excellent in English communication skills (Verbal as well as Written) and have a leadership skill to Lead a team

2. Awareness on Quality Management System Requirement

3. Good Knowledge to work in SAP

4. Awareness on Environment Management System Requirement Qualified internal auditor

5. EMS and OSHAS Management System Requirement

6. Good Presentation skill and in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, and Word)

7. Good co-ordination with other team as well as overseas interaction

8. Ready to travel once in 2 weeks  minimum 3 days to Suppliers and Contractors

9. Deep knowledge on contract Management relted to Construction, Operations and Maintenance

10. Review of Technical and Commercial documents which are related to Wind, PV and Hybrid project biddings

MENTION BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

(1) Support Project, Operations and Maintenance team for on time delivery to maintain project schedule and Coordination with Warehouse and logistics team for on time delivery.

(2) Deep knowledge and experience in project, Operations and Maintenance procurement cycle.

(3) Identify, evaluate and registration of suppliers.

(4) Audit the suppliers and renewal of supplier registration

(5) Coordination with all the Department for on time delivery to maintain project schedule. - Imp

(6) Coordination with Warehouse and logistics team for on time delivery.

(7) Must have good Technical and commercial knowledge about Renewable Energy Market and Market Pricing to do better negotiation with contractors and suppliers

(8) Maintain and monitoring the budget for each project.

(9) Issue purchase orders for procurement and expedition of materials, equipment and services for different jobs.-Day to day activity

(10) Meet subcontractors and suppliers on-site as necessary to improve their performance.

(11) Ensure compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of deviations.

(12) Maintain good relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

(13) Assist in ensuring awareness of Legal compliance.

(14) Assist in maintaining company quality control program.

(15) Assist the quality team for Audits and factory visits.

(16) Handle change order requests.

(17) Maintain sub/supplier information on company online management systems.

(18) Follow up with vendors for on time delivery of Materials and services.
