The key skill is the ability to quickly developtechnology concepts and understand the vendor or partner solutions. Should becomfortable with hands-on role working on various technology initiatives,proof of concepts and prototypesExperience with driving technology innovation initiatives in Commercial,Finance, Procurement, Operations and/or service / installation processesideally in an FMCG environment.Experience in resolving complex business, systems, change management andprogram delivery challengesCreative and innovative thinker with strong collaborative leadership skills towork in partnership with people relations and senior leadership teams.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and an ability tocommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Knowledge of agile methodologies with proven track record of successfulprogram delivery using AgileKnowledge of ITSM practices such as change, incident and problem management.Preferably with ITIL foundation.Extensive exposure in Assessment and Requirement Analysis, Planning,Designing, Architecting and Deployments of various Microsoft products like AD,exchange, hyperV, SharePoint, Lync, SCCM,SCOM, Yammer, Skype, Teams, Stream,Planner, PowerApps, Flow, etc.etcKnowledge to build and manage IT- business relationship, facilitation,communication and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to work withlarge cross-functional teamsAbility to identify opportunities for business value and process improvement,communicate strategies, and champion adoption to achieve desired resultsCross-cultural sensitivity and fully understand and adopt company values andleadership model in daily management work.Experience in sizeable multinational corporations preferred.
