?-Build mutual respect with, and develop a highly-motivated, collaborative, client-focussed and high-performing delivery team
-Demonstrate continuous improvement of the team and its individual members, and highlight where strengthening and change is required
-Work closely with the Product Owners to help ensure that the benefits and value of changes are understood and realised by the business and the Scrum Team/Squad
-Where required, ensure that key decisions are recorded where 'evidence may be required (e.g. Key business decisions, minutes of client meetings, etc.)
-Regularly review the team size and make-up and work with Chapter leads to recruit new members where appropriate
-Ensure team is working to an agreed mission aligned to strategic business objectives
