JOB PROFILE : Section Head - EPCC ( Transport Infrastructure) .
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Post Graduation in Civil/Mechanical Engineering is an additional advantage.
The candidate should have 18 - 20 yrs of experience, of which at least 08- 10 yrs of experience in Business Development Expertise and Project Management role handling projects independently in an EPC based compan
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Experience in planning, execution & involvement in day to day project activities including resource planning with a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies in compliance with quality standards.
Formulate detailed budget for commissioning project, plan schedule of activities, and mobilize resources materials and manpower for successful execution, Feasibility study and Viability study reports including preparation of Preliminary Project Reports, review of Structural Drawings, preparation of Cash Flow and finalization of Tender documents.
Review schedule/cost engineering and material control related provisions of proposals and
develops supporting data for contract negotiations.
Proficient in managing the entire lifecycle of the subcontract, including identifying their company's specific needs, pre- qualification documents, invitations, researching, an negotiating with possible sources, and involving Team leads prior to select as the sub-contractor
Map process/system needs of the organization and define technical parameters to facilitate procurement of right quality equipment.
Involve in financial & risk modeling, project cash flow analysis, bids analysis & evaluation for civil
and structural items for construction Projects, preparation of construction specs, review of vendor inputs & designs
Overseeing all phases of project execution - Monitor actual progress vs. schedule and initiate action plan to close performance gaps; approved engineering/design changes, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, consistently met project deadlines and highest possible quality standards
Strategizing and initiating plan for inspection, shutdown jobs preparation & execution, Breakdown analysis & action plans and preparation of annual maintenance plans.
Ensuring compliance to all Safety norms to minimize/achieve ZERO accidents through appropriate fire protection system & safety equipment.
