To carry vigilance rounds at different units To ensure discipline in security function 1. To lead security function in multiple locations efficiently with compliance and improvement in policy standards & guidelines. Roles , Responsibilities and Authorities : 2. To oversee a network of Security Guards & Safeguard company assets Executive- TA Chief Human Resources Officer 3. To ensure security surveillance of all plant premises and company property,control all material,manpower,transport vehicle movements. 4. To monitor incident response plan as well as investigate security breaches. To ensure internal intelligence and information gathering Ensure 100% compliance to set procedures for security Maximize the interaction with all security guards regularly and take meetings with them for completion of task within time. Liason with police department and other government departments as needed
