?� Providing technical and business support to partners to sell Arcserve effectively
� Educating partner�s customers
� Presenting and demonstrating Arcserve solutions at partner�s events
� Visiting partner�s customers with the TAM, map Presales with the Partners
� Creating and providing solution documents
� Educating partner SEs and Sales stuffs
� Escalating the partner specific requirements to the product management
� Help to onboard the partner imparting knowledge.
� Should be from Data Protection/ Storage/ Virtulisation OEMs.
� He should have Regional Partner Coverage. Participated in large RFPs
?� Instructing partners and customers at education courses
� Developing attractive education courses
?She/he is responsible for positioning and proving Arcserve products and solutions address partners� and clients' business and IT needs. This is accomplished by having a solid understanding of our products and solutions and a solid knowledge of our technologies around our solutions and partners business.
?1. Experience as an Open System engineer for more than 3 years.
Knowledge/Experiences of storage management software such as backup and/or virtualization technologies are preferred.
2. Understanding customer�s position and communicate well from customer�s perspective
3. Ability of basic level of English to communicate with colleagues abroad, read manuals
4. Ability to create simple and easy-to-understand documents
5. Ability of smart verbal communication
?� Presenting and demonstrating Arcserve solutions at corporate events
� Creating outbound messages to the domestic market
� Coordinate with Support teams, conduct POCs
� Keeping and strengthening the relationship with customers and partners via SNS
� Analyzing enhancement requirements from local market to the product management
