POSITION SUMMARY:The position holder is responsible for managing the salaried hiring, training,and development and employee engagement processes in the company and should beable to initiate change and help employees manage change. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • HRP : Ensuring availability of salaried resource as per business plan • L&D : Improve skill and competency levels of employees through structuredinterventions • Employee Engagement : Implement employee engagement initiatives, coordinateemployee engagement surveys and initiate corrective actions • Employee Development : Coordinate with HR Manager to execute Performance,Career Development processes • C & B : Benchmark, review the existing compensation and benefits system,amend with the help of compensation tools periodically. • Forecasting and budgeting in line with business goals • Employee retention : To develop best practices approach for minimizingemployee turnover. • Corporate Social Responsibility EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • A master degree in human resource with 4-6 years of relevance experience. MINMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Proficient with MS office • Must have a strong commitment to confidentiality • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and meetingfacilitation skills is a plus.
