- The incumbent is responsible to ensure the smooth operations of HR, and Admin functions at Bangalore for Just Energy India (JEI)
- He will utilize his managerial and functional expertise to provide support to Business Partners.
- He will ensure consistent implementation of policies and build a culture by communicating to all employees on a regular basis.
- Proactive role within the Management Team with strategic focus on supporting business growth
- Sustainment of key HR initiatives to support business objectives
- Create a strategy for talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, capability building and retention management within the organization.
- Contribute in framing of profitable business scenarios by way of highlighting people impact or issues, by monitoring and measuring HR issues, opportunities and development plans.
- Work towards creation of work culture and ethos conducive to enhanced productivity and team work.
