KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Having good technical expertise in process measurement and optimization of Pyro system.
- Good knowledge of production planning and maintaining production MIS.
- Process optimization and continuous monitoring of all process parameters for SPC, and SHC reduction.
- Identification of process deficiencies and operational gaps to enhance production.
- Having experience in Kiln, Cooler Heat, and Mass balance.
- Knowledge of process fan flow and efficiency calculation.
- Study and recommend modifications to reduce thermal and electrical energy consumption.
- Analysis of process parameters on daily basis, co-relate with quality parameters and record the deviations and discussion with HOD.
- Perform root cause analysis for equipment failure in Kiln, Raw Mill, and Cement mill sections.
- False air measurement and identification in Raw mill, Pyro, Cement mill, and WHRS section.
- Knowledge of Refractory planning and inspection during Kiln shutdown.
- Experience in material management and procurement, PR-PO process.
- Coordination with all concerned departments to complete the MIS, PR, and PO approval cycle.
- Annual budget preparation and planning.
- Knowledge of WHRS operation and optimization.
- Ensure all safety standards and operating SOPs are followed while performing process measurements.
