Recruitment Experience in Technical as well as Functional Position. End to End Recruitment Exp. On Boarding, Induction. Drafting New HR Policies. Making HR Handbook. Conducting Performance Appraisal throughout the organization. Responsible for adhering to all Companies Statutory Compliances. Maintaining HRMS Data.
Making Exit Employee process smooth. Total 15 yrs. experience with minimum 7 to 8 years as HRBP. This is an IC (Individual Contributor) role. There will be no team for the first 2 years. He/she will have to make org charts, do recruitments, draft policies. Working like an individual contributor and part of corporate team.
Technical / Functional / Domain Skills require
