job description

?Accountability: Effectively market the company�s products to increase market share, through advertising, promotion, market surveys, new product development and all other means available. Work closely with Sales and other department to maximize sales and develop new products with minimum investment in marketing activities.

Major Deliverables:
� Design and implement the marketing strategy for the Brand, Brand Launches, Brand positioning, Visibility and positioning in market
� Carry out periodic benchmarking studies, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation and finalize the market positioning plans.
� Monitor, analyse and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products.
� Supervise and work with external agencies for design of marketing communications including branding, public relations & advertising and events collateral materials.
� Ensure content design for company�s website covering products, brands and positioning
� Generate analysis for product management including market and consumer research
� Support R&D and Production teams in new product development, product pricing and product lifecycle management.
� Develop and track metrics for success of marketing programs and initiatives.
� Capture Market intelligence and carry out competitive analysis for enhancing opportunities to maximize product potential
