__**Job Summary:**___The Senior Manager of PR & CC is a crucial member of the marketing teamresponsible for building solid relationships with critical media outlets,bloggers, Opinion Leaders, and Builders, Analysts, and Industry & Communityassociates to support the business's product integrity and awareness. _ _TheSenior PR & CC Manager will possess comprehensive knowledge of the product'saudiences and key issues while guiding media engagement strategies andprioritization of outlets. _ _Directly manage outbound engagements andrelations, monitors PR activity, and reports on results, which he delivers tosenior PR management.__**_Responsibilities:_**_ * _Responsible for understanding the product 's objectives and establishing a public relations program that promotes them. _ * _Develop a Framework / Scorecard to monitor and optimize the public relations plans and ensures that they stay aligned to the brand 's and product's overall objectives._ * _In addition, play a leading role in creating the brand/product 's messaging on thought leadership platforms, which will, in time, position the business as a thought leader in the cryptocurrency market domain. _ * _Ensuring that all the PR Messaging are in support of the Sales, Marketing, Business Development strategies, and PR plans and get formulated along with the Chief Marketing Officer._ * _Lead media outreach initiatives in pitching, handling inbound media queries, and managing relationships between Marketing and local, national, and international media._ * _Be responsible for developing storylines and written materials and messages such as press releases, media advisories, pitches, presentations, etc., that are tied to the Brand and the PR plan framework._ * _Be responsible for deploying internal communications content that increases the various stakeholder 's understanding of the public relations role, activities, and media coverage functions._ * _Develop media relation strategies that cover the Brand 's crucial publications (digital and offline), blogs, websites, social influencers, industry associates, and communities, which inspires even greater awareness of the Brand and its reach._ * _Formulate, maintain, and enhances PR analytics tools and reporting process methods._ * _Constantly analyse and redefine media databases as & when necessary for optimizing the Brand's audience reach besides regular media auditing with the company's PR Score Card.___**Requirements:**__ * _Exceptional PR background and experience of 6 to 10 years._ * _Bachelor 's degree (Master's preferred) in Mass Media, Communications, Public Relations or related field. _ * _Successful track record in a progressive public relations position in a fast-moving and dynamic business environment, preferably in a Financial Services or Financial Technology organization. Or currently be working in one of India 's Top PR agencies managing PR for a Financial Services Brand / FinTech Organization. Global project experiences will be a huge plus._ * _Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Have an extraordinary ability to communicate a tech brand, product, and business messages most clearly and concisely, bringing about a positive outlook on the business, especially to external partners, stakeholders, and consumers._ * _Proven and successful experience in planning and managing multiple PR projects proactively or under tight deadlines. Good Media Relationship and Networking in traditional PR channels like Print, TV, and Web News networks besides experience working with newer & modern PR channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram._ * _Ability to make regular pitches & presentations to various audiences and must, therefore, be proficient in Visual Aids and MS Word, PowerPoint, and similar. Able to deliver creative content for presentations; content that is verbally engaging and visually captivating._ * _Good Creativity and Innovation skills. Capable of developing relevant but creatively compelling messages that address the consumers ' interests. _ * _Ability to work with researchers to develop creative and innovative PR strategies and tactics that ensure the business and product a competitive edge. Manage both Paid and Earned media effectively for maximum impact._ * _Be Technology & FinTech Savvy. Prior experience of working on cryptocurrency projects will be a considerable advantage and qualification._
