Position: Manager/Sr. Manager Quality
Exp: 6+ yrs
Location: Hyderabad
Industry : BPO/ KPO

Position Summary
Job Summary: Provides methodology expertise in design, management and improvement of processes involved in service delivery as well as support functions.

Broad Responsibilities:
* Strong quality focus and business excellence aptitude.
* Preferable six-sigma Black Belt.
* Should have done analytical assignments on Process Improvement, Process Excellency with proven & demonstrated results.
* Automation initiatives utilizing tools & technology intervention with proven track record.
* Excellent hold on number crunching, data analytics, process mapping, SOP creation, control mechanisms.
* Strong in people & process management, process-driven and result oriented.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Responsible for sharing analytics, reducing process gaps, process re-engineering and process quality
* Improvement recommendations/Action Plans & Governance Framework
* Manage Multiple Accounts/Stakeholders
Supervises: Aligned Business Analysts

Qualification: Should be a Graduate.Must be a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. MBA/Post Graduation in Management will be an added advantage

Experience: Should have at least 6-8 years of experience out of which at least 3 years of experience in running analytical assignments. Exposure to a structured Six Sigma program environment would be an added advantage. Exposure to Contact Center Environment for 2 years (Desired Skill not Minimum Skill)

Attributes:
* Proven track record in successfully delivering analytics and recommendations for process improvement using structured methodology
* Ability to communicate with senior management and clients
* Familiar with Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean methodologies and concepts
