Roles and Responsibilities
· Project Management for multiple development of Radar/ EW/ Space Products Responsible for planning & execution of projects
· Material planning & cost control
· Executing projects within budget (cost & Schedule)
· Co-ordination with design, purchase, QC, Manufacturing, Testing (functional/ ET/ EMI-EMC) teams for project activities
· Effective Interface with Customer, Development Partners & Suppliers.
· Conduct periodic reviews with development/ production teams
· Reporting of Project Schedule to Top Management, Customer
· Change control & management
· Risk Management and Mitigation
· Timely escalation of issues & risks requiring management intervention
· Realizing payments by obtaining clearance from Customer Project/ Acceptance teams
· Plan & Participate in Factory/ Site Acceptance with Customer & ensure timely accomplishment
· Quality Control/ QMS implementation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate age: 45 – 55 years
- Project Management of Defense Electronics Project
- Working knowledge of Defense Electronics products Radar/ EW/ Missile systems
- Hands on in ERP System, MS Project, MS Office
