senior marketing manger in gurgaon

 

  • Digital and Social Media Marketing
    • Create, manage, and track content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. 
    • Create a social media presence across these platforms and maintain a persona that's representative of the brand’s image and values
    • Basic knowledge of social media advertising, performance and analytics. Maximisation of Qualified leads from LeasePlan’s online channels/products & their Management
    • Enhance website traffic incrementally quarter-on-quarter in alignment with other promotional campaigns
    • Basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement
    • Maximisation of Qualified leads from LeasePlan’s online channels/products & their Management
    • Marketing Analytics and Reporting
  • Marketing and Internal Communications
    • Support to Sales organisation with B2B and B2C collateral development
    • Client communication development
    • Development and Management of Company Newsletters, Product and Sales Collateral
    • Internal communication: Content development and management of Company Intranet, Internal Newsletters and Town Halls
  • Website and Online Content Management
    • Basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development and measurement
  • Marketing (Creative and Digital) Agency Management
    • Collaboration with all creative resources including designers, writers, and other personnel to develop promotional and educational pieces for blogs, articles, emails, posts on social media etc. ensuring content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone and in alignment with industry best practices.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives
    • Active ideation and participation in initiatives 
    • Create awareness and mobilise employees to participate in company’s CSR programmes
  • Event Management
    • Identify key industry events and webinars for sponsorships and participation, to increase thought leadership and lead generation. Track ROI and effectiveness on event participation.
    • Prepare event collateral and showcase participation internally and externally.

 

Knowledge, Skill & Experience

 

 

  • MBA in Marketing/ Post Graduate Diploma in MarComm
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar profile
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flair for good copy writing and visual storytelling abilities
  • Good experience with digital B2C marketing
  • Proficient in MS Office (Particularly PPT)
  • Knowledge on Google analytics, and experience with marketing tools is a plus
  • Good coordination/organising capabilities
  • Good team player
  • Experience and ability to develop and manage suppliers
  • Creative bent of mind. Ability to generate ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks.
  • Capable of working independently and at times as a one-person army
