JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition : Senior Resident Engineer (Project Management)
Education : Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
Location : Gurgaon, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad
Reports to : PJM – City Operations
Competencies Required:
 Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
 6 - 8 years of experience in execution of High rise building structure and finishing works.
 Knowledge on computer software including AutoCAD is preferred.
 Fluency in written English for reports preferred.
 Should have managed execution of commercial/IT buildings.
 Hands-on experience in reviewing and resolving site issues, checking BBS etc.
 Knowledge of IS codes for structure works is preferred.
 Knowledge and implementation of Health and Safety Standards at construction site.
Responsibilities:
 Supporting City Project Team in day to day working at site.
 Ensure the work done at site is being executed as per drawings.
 Understand the quality standards testing procedure of materials in labs.
 Check works during execution to ensure that it meets quality standards.
