Job Description:
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and
Customer Referral
Maintaining relationship and meeting with dealer, retailer and distributor
Pushing primary and secondary sales to dealer and retailer
Making availability of marketing samples and material at dealer, retailer end
Making sales order for dealer and retailer end
Making contacts and maintaining relationship with architects and electricians
Promoting sales schemes regarding electrician, architects and retailers
Arranging and taking meets of electrician, retailer or architects
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Gather feedback from customers and share with internal teams
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Participating in sales team meetings.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Travelling and stay for sales in at required locations
Skills Required:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English, Hindi and Local Language
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
