Accountable for Test Activities completion and Test Deliverables submission for all test phases, as per the schedule included in the project plan.
Provide escalation for the test team into the programme/ project leadership team.
Ensuring delivery of test environment and software meets respective entry criteria for each test phase.
Ensuring delivery of all the other entry criteria defined for each test phase.
Interface to Test Leads (especially if cutting across CLS and partner organisations).
Test reporting:
Ensure production of the weekly test status reports on time
Review test status reports template and content before sending to distribution list
Ensure the distribution of test status reports to the correct stakeholders
Defect management process:
Ensure defect triage meetings are scheduled on a regular basis
Ensure correct attendees are invited and attend the meetings
Ensure attendees of the triage meetings are reviewed and additional teams / roles are invited at the correct points in the project lifecycle (i.e. Ops, Service Management etc.)
