Across business units, you’ll take charge of growing APAC, Middle East region for all services across Digital, Platforms, BPO and Cloud & Infra offering leading a team of Account executives.

 

Title: Senior Vice President –Sales Client Services

Location: Chennai or Bangalore preferred, open for other locations

Reporting: EVP

 

Role Summary & Experience

  • Client relationship management and business development: Manage existing client relationships for a portfolio of accounts in the region of ~15M$ across 20-25 clients
  • New logo acquisition across the region
  • Own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
  • Build relationships with regional advisors, analysts, and other industry leaders to influence mindshare and business growth
  • Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client.
  • Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc. Use internal Sales Tracking tools diligently to maintain a full record of all sales activity and generate reports for stakeholders providing visibility to the sales pipeline
  • Contribute and execute Go-to-Market strategy
  • Identify potential strategic partners, alliances, and relationships that will increase the deployment of solutions and services within current clients.

 

Desired Skills

 20+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account

management experience.

 Significant business development and project management experience

 Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts

 Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations

 Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

 Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience

 Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions.

 Good understanding of industry-specific business issues and drivers

 Global Delivery Model experience

 Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams

MBA Degree preferred.
