?Responsible for all the projects within the account Reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
Identify synergies across projects within portfolio Responsible for time, quality and budgets of program
and individual projects Identify additional opportunities to grow the account Manage/ moderate
workshops with business users Draft and/ or review statements of work
Need to Have Overall 10-12 years of experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should
demonstrate strong leadership during discussions with senior stakeholders (C- Level) Ability to establish
best practices and identify gaps to drive process improvements Conversant in Project Management
methodologies and use of tools to support the project Self driven with an ability to own and drive
assignments forward with a sense of urgency.
Experience in directly managing a global and diverse team. Experience on MSBI stack (SQL, SSIS, SSAS,
COSMOS). Experience in projects/ programs related to Customer experience/ customer engagement
Experience in projects/ programs related to Data & Analytics or large incentive programs. Ability to work
in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders, No travel constraints,

??���������Extensive experience working with onsite/offshore/near shore model with distributed team
using distributed Agile process
?���������Should have exceptional communication, presentation, convincing abilities.
?���������Experience in working with different delivery models and proposals like Fixed Bid, T & M,
Managed Services and Outcome-based delivery.
?���������Strong experience using ITIL, should be well equipped with metrics including SLA, KPI,
Team velocity, CSI
?���������To provide leadership to the Senior Technical Managers / Technical Managers / in running
the delivery and operations.
?���������Very strong in MSBI stack, and BI frameworks
?���������Experience on MS SQL, SSIS, SSIA, Cosmos, Data bricks specially from support/analysis

?���������Strong background culture of delivering projects with First time right projection.
?���������Experience in making presentation to customers and internal management team.
?���������Experience providing program/portfolio metric to the management team.
?���������Responsible for defining delivery metrics across the projects for measuring delivery, quality
and performance of the projects.
?���������Resource Allocation, Scheduling, Risk Management and Execution & Control Planning.
?���������Continuous presentations on offering, capabilities and case studies to bring awareness to
the customer about the current business.
?���������Business development and growth of existing customer
?���������Effective operation management deliver high quality within the defined budget.
?���������Responsible for designing and executing budget, performance review system to fit the
organization needs and control the cost and attrition.
?���������Responsible for developing two-layer approach for developing leadership in the company,
define the process and plan for succession of employees in the organization.
