In this role, you will be responsible for managing all the services clientsand ensuring quality, timely delivery of the insurance back-office operations.You will be supporting pre-sales activities for the Insurance the back-officeservice line. You will function as an Engagement Manager for the service lineand liaise with Claim, Underwriting and Finance departments of the customersand ensure that the business is transitioned and run with 0 escalations. Yourrole will function as an overlay of organizing the entire services practice of400+ people and help build this into a large practice and maintain/improve thealready efficient business. You will be encouraged to be passionate about theInsurance industry s realities and problems and know how to seek these usinganalytics and technology.Responsibilities 1. Deliver to Key Result Area (Productivity and Quality)meeting SLA. 2. End-to-end service delivery for all services clients. 3.Handle direct responsibility of 400+ staffing for the Personal and BusinessInsurance line of businesses. 4. Ensure stable operating model amidstsequenced efficiency commitments to the client displaying agility,experiential client handling and people management. 5. Drive transformationand standardization across to converge delivery under center of excellenceusing the client platform. 6. Be the primary point of contact for client scenter of perfection in India. 7. Deliver zero surprise operational delivery.Qualifications 1. Bachelor in any stream 2. Experience in BPO/KPO 3. RobustInsurance operations experience, with experience of handling 400+ direct teamin prior insurance roles 4. Expertise in data handling and smart operationsPreferred qualifications 1. Nice to have Certified Associate in P&C insurance(The Institutes) or Equivalent certification in the USA like AINS, CPCU, 2.Experience in running Six Sigma practices 3.
