* 5 years of software support experience * Minimum 3+ years Project management / Business Analyst / Application architecture. * Minimum 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience consulting, development, configuration and Administration in an enterprise environment. * Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment * Understands the strategic direction set by management as it relates to team goals. * Experience in ServiceNow integrations using different interfaces such as eMail, JSON, REST * ServiceNow Portal development experience using Portal Designer * Knowledge of CSS, HTML, AJAX, and JavaScript and how to efficiently utilize it developing in the ServiceNow framework. * Strong working knowledge with ServiceNow in: ACL's, User Criteria, System Administration, Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, CMDB/Asset Management, Knowledge, Workflow, Integrations, Flow designer, Chat, Agent Workspace, Service Portals, Custom reports, Performance Analytics. * Troubleshooting / Root cause analysis experience * Communications that clearly articulate the capability of the platform and that clearly articulate solutions along with the ability to perform demonstrations * Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum or Dev/Ops methodology * Experienced in successfully delivering complex technology solutions using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirement analysis and system design * Analyzes requirements, and maintains, tests and integrates application components * Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations * Experienced working in a cross functional team environment and being the functional go-to person * Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications * Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications * Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented
