?Operations Service Delivery Manager would be responsible for co-coordinating the delivery of services into key
Departments. The SDM plays a vital role in creating long-term healthy relationships with Key Business Stakeholders
and acting as the bridge between the Business Users and Operations team. The key responsibilities of the SDM is
governance across all areas of IT�s service delivery process, continual service improvement and customer
satisfaction as well as playing a key role in ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery for the
applications/systems and to agreed SLA�s and KPI�s.
