• Responsible for handling SharePoint/Office 365 projects/tasks.
• Responsible for Communicating with users on queries/tickets on SharePoint/Office 365
• Responsible for Remedy ticket management
• Responsible for Completing the tasks within SLA period
• Participate in requirements analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
• Analyze Customer submitted defects, debug and fix the issues with strict SLAs .
• Ability to understand the code and root cause the problematic area.
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code
• Improve existing code.
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
