Key Responsibilities:

- System Monitoring and Performance Optimization:
- Proactively monitor SharePoint performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency.

- Security and Compliance:
- Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Implement and maintain SharePoint security measures, including user access controls and data encryption.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of SharePoint configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.
- Generate regular reports on system health, usage statistics, and support ticket status.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications.
- Assist in planning and executing SharePoint-related projects.
- Continuous Learning and Research:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint developments and best practices.
- Research and recommend innovative solutions to enhance SharePoint functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar).
- 3+ years of experience in SharePoint administration and support.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
- Familiarity with SharePoint development and customization (e.g., SharePoint Designer, InfoPath forms, SharePoint Framework).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of data security and compliance standards.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator) is a plus.
