MBA Finance/ CA with 8 to 10 years of experience of which at least 4-5 years should have been
in a FP&A or Pricing role in the BPO industry
? Knowledge of mortgage processes within the BPO industry is mandatory
Excellent understanding of the BPO industry
? Good knowledge of operational metrics and their impact on the business
? Good working knowledge of Finance including understanding of P&L, Cash Flow, ROI etc
