- Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in IT Security Incident management, Experience on Cyber security will be a plus.
- Excellent hands-on experience in Checkpoint Firewall
- Certification in Checkpoint Firewall is highly preferred
- Must have background, experience, and understanding of networking & network security technologies such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS/NIPS
- Good experience in IPSEC-VPN, SSL-VPN, NAT, GRE, LAN & WAN Technologies.
- Good experience on Firewall management servers like Smart Console
- Should be able to troubleshoot complex network security issues.
- Hand on working experience with IDS/IPS/NIPS
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving & decision making skills.
- Knowledge of common internet protocols, security applications & network analysis
- Knowledge of security concepts such as cyberattacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management, etc.
- Investigate, document, and report on information security issues and emerging trends
- Provide analysis and trending of security log data from a large number of heterogeneous security device
- SLA bound incident Management with response and resolution
- SLA bound root cause analysis (RCA) and identification of pro blem areas, RCA will be applicable only for Major Incidents/S1 cases are RCA
- BE/B.Tech/B.Sc./MCA qualification or equivalent
