Shifts- General Shift but will need to support sometimes in late shifts.
JOB DESCRIPTION & PURPOSE: To design, deliver, manage and evaluate L&D activities. To provide employees with
professional L&D support, guidance and solutions. Ensure seamless coordination and delivery of training modules
for respective business verticals of FAI-Salem
Key performance indicators:
Content Development, Training Delivery & tracking Training Effectiveness.

?Conceptualize, Design and deliver training modules.
o Support the development and implementation of the L&D plans for each role
o Liaise, support and report L&D activities to stakeholders
o Design and deliver solutions, ensuring content and delivery meets business objectives.
o Manage L&D administration; tracking L&D requests and activities, monitoring Personal
Development plans, course invitations, room bookings, evaluations and support in showcasing
o Co-ordinate, design, deliver and evaluate L&D solutions; facilitate workshops, meetings, learning
groups and training courses.
o Promote a positive learning organization and support and Implement changes Identify
improvements to L&D processes, procedures and systems.
o Post training follow up on performance of trained employees to measure effectiveness of
