Job Description:
- Sourcing Apparel Products
- Strategy formulation for respective category.
- Product Development
- Merchandise calendar adherence.
- Handling End to end process from Order allocation till final delivery in warehouse.
- Working in conjuncture with Quality assurance, technical and design team for Fit, PP, FPT, GPT samples.
- Monitor WIP and timelines for all production in the factories to facilitate on time deliveries.
- Process standardization and adherence
- Vendor development & Management
- Cost Negotiation and Management with Vendors to ensure desired margin.
- PO Management
- Drive collaboration across Product functions.
- Fabric Knowledge and Sourcing fabrics in various qualities.
Profile:
- Experience in Knits & Wovens of managing multiple categories across Men and Women.
- In depth product knowledge
- Costing & Negotiation Skill
- Problem Solving Abilities
- Decision Making
- Cost Management
- Well versed with MS office
