� Atleast 8 yrs of team handling experience
� Indepth knowledge & hands on experience in providing various SPA therapies in the initial stage of career.
� Exposure in Hospitality industry, international exposure will be added advantage.
� Excellent spoken English skills
� Experience in Ayurveda , Yoga & Alternative therapies.

?P& L Responsibilities (SPA & SALON Division)

� Grow membership base to reflect operating plan targets
� Create exciting & innovative product offerings and bundling to increase revenue potential
� Responsible for growing SPA package membership
� Responsible for renewal rate
� Position Apollo Life Studio�s unique product proposition as a value differentiator
� Mentor & coach in house sales consultants (SPA FOE) to achieve higher conversion ratios
� Manage costs for the SPA & Salon business, ensuring complete control of wastage or products.

Brand & Marketing

� Work closely with marketing team to achieve financial numbers
� Plan social events which can be monetised
� Ensuring that brand standards is adhered to in all communication to customers as well as signage�s


� Create Medi SPA protocol in conjunction with business and market these products to the doctors.
� Responsible for creating and adhering to operation protocols & checklists
� Create innovative product mix and market the same.
� Ensure effective utilization of management software (MMS)
� Manage duty rostering of the staff, duty scheduling and manage absenteeism.
� Responsible for training staff various SPA therapies, communication, grooming and customer etiquettes.
� Responsible for communicating expected deliverables including targets to the team
� Responsible for floor maintenance, should liase with Security & Housekeeping vendors to ensure optimal service performance on the SPA & Salon floor.
� Liase with purchase department to ensure timely availability of supplies and products
� Ensure timely reporting of financial reports and other MIS reports
� Maintain accurate database of all existing clients of the centre
� Daily customer connect with existing members
� Responsible for overall maintenance and upkeep of all equipment and cosmetic products, including managing AMCs
� Ensuring all the products are checked for expiry dates and stocks are maintained as per the requirements.
� Create referral programs for customers.
� Maintain a list of potential customers and planning timely connects


� Create & communicate performance KPIs for all staff of the division.
� Responsible for training the therapist and ensuring the service quality is maintained to high standards.
� Responsible for providing regular performance feedback to each individual staff
� Foster a culture of Customer First & Teamwork
� Responsible for ensuring a culture of high integrity & zero tolerance for any violation
