3. Liaise with other developers and product owners on corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve incidents
4. Assist with the deployment of upgrades and/or fixes, code enhancements, and optimization
5. Respond to direct and indirect inquiries based on client service level agreements
6. Perform routine audits of systems for the purpose of preventative maintenance of applications and report on status of systems
7. Assist with call management, including logging, monitoring, updating, prioritizing and resolving calls, emails and indirect inquiries in a timely fashion
8. Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives
